Enterprise Account Manager (AE) (m/f/d) - Hybrid, Laval

Deine Aufgaben
As a key member of our North American sales team, reporting into the Regional Director, North America, you’ll drive growth by winning new clients, building strong relationships, and supporting long-term customer success for Enterprise-grade organizations across the United States and Canada. You will:
- Identify and close new business opportunities, turning prospects into long-term partners
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal HYPE resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Customer Success Managers, Services and SDRs
- Lead RFPs, RFIs, and evaluation processes
- Share HYPE value proposition new and/or existing customers
- Travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend key events
